What are your shipping policies?
Ground shipping is free if you would like to upgrade you can see the pricing options upon check out.
How long does it take for my car key to be programmed?
Depends entirely on the make, model and year of your vehicle. Some Vehicles offer and On-board programming option that is generally pretty quick if you follow the steps correctly. While others require a locksmith to perform the program.
Can I get a refund?
In Short, yes, we provide refunds if it was our error. One example would be: Say you provided our customer service agents with your vin number and we sent you out the wrong key.
Do you sale OEM Car Keys?
Yes, we provide both OEM and refurbished key and remote options
Where is your corporate headquarters?
Our headquarters is based out of Utah, USA.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No, we do not charge our customers a restocking fee.
Car Key Duplication accepts limited authorized retailers based on location. You will need to be properly licensed, bonded, and insured. You will also need to undergo an a background check and series of questions. Generally takes 2 – 4 weeks for approval.
Do you guarantee the car key will work if I provide the VIN?
